Our class instructor will be Fouzia, a Moroccan woman who arrived by herself in the United States 15 years ago. She lived in NYC for over 3 years and worked in a Moroccan restaurant. She moved to Cleveland with friends and met her husband, who is Egyptian. They married in 2007 and have a 10 year old son and twin 9 year old girls. Fouzia learned to cook Moroccan cuisine from her mother. She now cooks a variety of cuisines, and certainly Egyptian for husband and children. Her children's favorite dish is the Macaroni and Béchamel, which she will be teaching us in class. Fouzia loves to cook and excited for you to join us!

Class registration is non-refundable. While we have a no-cancellation policy, if you do wish to cancel your reservation, we will gladly offer a refund if we can find a replacement for your reservation.
