About the instructors:
Hi, my name is Lina AlDuroobi. I'm from Iraq. When I was little, I had a dream to cook with my mom and I was always watching what she is doing in the kitchen until I was 11 years old and I made my first meal!
It was pizza and I made it from scratch. I have a passion for food...both to make it and eat it!
When we had to move to Jordan, I attended professional baking courses put on through Wilton for cake decorating. I now do professional cakes. My dream is to have my own shop and café. I am very happy to share these special recipes with you! -Lina

Hello, my name is Rasha Wahbi. I’m from Iraq, married and have 3 boys. My mom, dad, sister, and 2 brothers still live in Iraq. My mom taught me to make both Iraqi and Syrian food because my grand-mother is Syrian.
In addition to cooking, I complete my studies at the University of Baghdad, specializing in Life Science (Biology).

I was married at the age of 22, and have enjoyed caring for my family by making healthy, yet delicious food. Convincing my boys to love it and make sure they grow up with strong body, this is my goal… -Rasha
